who are we?
The Body Therapy Centre is a small business, providing sports massage and dry needling services. Based in Leeds LS26, operating from a small external therapy room in Oulton, I offer high quality sports massage treatments to vast range of ailments whether that be sports injuries, muscle aches or sciatica. Suitable for everyone, from office workers to elite athletes
30 MINUTE SPORTS MASSAGE
Ideal for aches and niggles in targeted areas such as neck, shoulders or back. Or if you're training for a sporting event, it may be suitable for specific muscle groups such as legs.
1 HOUR SPORTS MASSAGE
Perfect for ongoing aches and pains in more than one area with specific focus needed or certain trigger points. Also a great option for preparing the body for optimum performance for an event by keeping the entire body supple.
DRY NEEDLING
Great for very specific trigger points and fast pain relief as well as accelerating recovery.
BLOCK BOOKINGS
You can book X5 OR X10 30 minute AND 1 hour sports massage treatments for a reduced block booking fee.
